What Alpha Foundation is
Alpha Foundation is an automated equity-research platform. Every output — coverage initiations, earnings synthesis, thesis tracking, sentiment scoring — is produced by AI systems running over structured market data. The marketing site (alpha-foundation.ai) exists to describe what's being built and let interested users request early access.

Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Any sample output shown (mocked coverage cards, earnings verdicts, scenario targets, sentiment scores) is for illustration and does not represent a live recommendation. When the product launches, its outputs will continue to be research and analysis, not personalized advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you see here.
AI-generated content
All research outputs — narrative, scoring, multiples, scenario probabilities — are generated by AI systems and are subject to model limitations, including hallucination, stale context, and misinterpretation. We flag source attribution and trust tiers where possible, but you should treat every AI output as a starting point for your own diligence, not a finished answer.
Using the signup list
By submitting your email on this site you agree that we may:
- Contact you about early access, material product updates, and launch announcements.
- Store your email, the form it came from, a submission timestamp, and basic request metadata (user-agent, referer, IP) — see the privacy notice for specifics.
You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing jiahao-stevenwang@alpha-foundation.ai.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, probe, or fuzz the site or its API. Don't submit signups for addresses you don't control. Don't attempt to identify or re-identify any named individual from published sample output. We reserve the right to block requests that look abusive and to drop signups that look automated.
Intellectual property
The design, copy, logos, and generated sample output on this site are the property of Alpha Foundation and its founders. The αf· mark and "Alpha Foundation" wordmark are not to be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without written permission. Open-source dependencies remain under their original licences.
Disclaimer of warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose during the pre-launch window. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Alpha Foundation and its founders are not liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on this site, including investment losses.
Changes to these terms
These terms will evolve as the product launches. We'll update the "Last updated" stamp above and, where we still have an email relationship with you, notify you of material changes before they take effect.
